under the terms of Occupational Rights Agreements.

All Care Studios are certified by the District Health Board to provide rest home and hospital level care to residents who are 70 years of age or older and have been assessed as requiring that level of care. If you wish to occupy a Care Studio you will need to undergo a Needs Assessment by the District Health Board.

A resident must also sign an Admission Agreement prior to occupying a Care Studio. The Admission Agreement is required under our contract with the District Health Board for the provision of age related residential care.

Decisions about retirement villages are very important. They have long-term personal and financial consequences, so you will need to read our Disclosure Statement carefully. It draws your attention to some of the important matters you should consider before deciding to enter a retirement village.

More information and copies of the documents are available from our Care Administrator. Contact details are detailed below. We invite you to visit us to see our Care Studios and experience the Knox Home difference.
