Knox is currently recruiting for a Roster Coordinator for 4-5 days a week. You will be practical, patient and down-to-earth.
The Roster Coordinator will liaise with the Care Team to provide safe staffing levels at Knox. You will establish and maintain roster templates, as well as provide feedback to recruitment needs and gaps.
Previous experience in the development, coordination, implementation and evaluation of rosters would be an advantage. You will have a clear understanding of systems and process development and implementation.
This role is well integrated in to an all-of-team approach to ensure we have the best possible team resourcing to support resident wellbeing – the right person, in the right place, at the right time.
Applicants for this position must have New Zealand Residency or a valid New Zealand Work Visa.
