We are currently looking for a Lifestyle and Leisure Care Partner to join our team over the weekends. This amazing person will create opportunities for residents to do things that have meaning, are fun and to also support resident companionship. As part of this great role you will also support and coordinate our weekend volunteers.
We are looking for a special person with a genuine commitment to resident driven, meaningful activity which encourages residents to grow and to be as independent as possible. You will hold a full driver’s license and be able to drive the Knox van. A good level of fitness is a prerequisite.
In this role you assist the Monday–Friday Coordinator to recruit, train and support volunteers and to identify and develop activities. You will be committed to maintaining a simplified and streamlined experience for volunteers The position is for 16 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays.
