Elizabeth Knox Home and Hospital is an Eden Alternative home transforming care for elders and younger people with physical disability. At Knox, plants, animals, children, and meaningful activity are part of your daily life. Greater energy and optimism are our hallmark.

 

Other homes may call you Health Care Assistant, at Knox - Care Partner. That is because we do things differently at Knox. Care Partners support residents enriching their lives with meaningful activity, variety, and spontaneity. Like our residents who take opportunity for continued growth and well-being, we expect our team to demonstrate a willingness to grow and learn every day.

 

We are currently looking for Full-time and Part-time Care Partners who are energetic, willing to learn, demonstrate caring, fun, curiousity, a warm heart, and passion. Our Care Partners work closely with our residents and Registered Nurses to ensure residents receive expert care and wonderful life experiences. This role would suit someone who enjoys people facing role and will have genuine interest in healthcare.

 

We're looking for people who love working with people. You will have worked in New Zealand or at least two years. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, initiative, and capability to work in a close-knit team.
