About the Role:
​
As a Care Partner, you will provide essential personal care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. We are building our casual pool that will enrich our care team capacity.
​
Key Responsibilities:
​

Assisting residents with daily personal care tasks.
-
Supporting mobility and transfers.
-
Helping with meals.
-
Observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.
-
Promoting a safe and respectful environment.
About You:
​
-
Previous experience in aged care or healthcare is preferred.
-
A caring, empathetic nature and a genuine interest in supporting residents.
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
-
Flexibility to bid a range of shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
