About the Role:

​

As a Care Partner, you will provide essential personal care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. We are building our casual pool that will enrich our care team capacity.  

​

Key Responsibilities:

​

  • Assisting residents with daily personal care tasks.

  • Supporting mobility and transfers.

  • Helping with meals.

  • Observing and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.

  • Promoting a safe and respectful environment.

 

About You:

​

  • Previous experience in aged care or healthcare is preferred.

  • A caring, empathetic nature and a genuine interest in supporting residents.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Flexibility to bid a range of shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
