Megan is your first point of contact for residential enquiries. Energetic and highly driven, Megan aims to provide the highest level of support to new residents and families as our Care Administrator. She enjoys meeting new people and will guide you through the entire process of moving into Knox. Megan completed Eden Alternative training in 2016.

A caring and warm-hearted person, Grace has always been interested in helping others. Before joining Knox, Grace was a primary school teacher. Her role as Volunteer Coordinator is to help form authentic relationships and connections between volunteers and residents. Outside of work Grace enjoys spending time with her friends and family, trying out new recipes and hosting dinner parties.

Dianne is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience. She joined us in 2016 after having gained extensive experience in a senior financial role for a not-for-profit health organisation. She is responsible for all financial aspects of operations at Knox. Dianne is proud to be working alongside a dedicated team at Knox who are committed to providing a caring and enriching home environment for our residents.

Chislon is responsible for leading the healthcare team to enhance the quality of care at Knox with an approach that is consistent with the Eden Alternative Philosophy.
Chislon brings with him years of
clinical and leadership experience
in academic, acute care and
residential aged care settings.
Prior to joining us, Chislon held the
role of Regional Quality Manager
for another aged care provider where he oversaw and supported seven care centres in terms of clinical operations, quality improvement and sector Ministry of Health standards compliance.
When not at work, Chislon loves
cooking, weekend brunches with
friends, long walks on the beach,
playing tennis and stand-up paddle
boarding in summer.

LIFESTYLE & LEISURE COORDINATOR
Nicola's role is to promote a wide range of activities to enhance resident's wellbeing. She enjoys having the opportunity to get to know residents well so she can assist them with meaningful activity in their lives. Away from work, she enjoys time with her husband and two teenagers, spending time in the garden and she loves to read and bake.

HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATOR
Sophie studied Managing the Care of the Older Persons pathway as part of the Bachelor of Health Science at AUT University. She is very passionate about ensuring that the journey into late adulthood is seamless and enjoyable for our residents. She is excited to be a part of the Knox team as we head into an exciting era of aged care with our growing population. As an Eden Alternative home, Knox really struck a connection with Sophie. She is energetic and personable with a good sense of humour. Outside of the workplace she enjoys fishing, skiing, being at the beach or enjoying time with friends and family.

Stacey is an advocate for healthy communities that value and engage all its members and so is thrilled to be part of the Knox team. She brings her education background and extensive community experience to Knox. She helps residents build connections between Knox and the wider community, creating opportunities for them to share their skills and knowledge and ultimately create richer, stronger communities. Everyone has something to offer and Stacey is excited to support each resident to discover how they can share their gifts. Outside of work, Stacey is generally corralling her three boys, playing sport or studying Spanish.
