Passionate about living life to the absolute full, I provide residents of Knox with engaging and new experiences. I support the wellbeing, independence and continued growth of our residents in order to create a vibrant and warm home. I began at Elizabeth Knox as a Care Partner and Physiotherapy Assistant, I feel excited about all that Knox has to offer within as well as to the community.  
Originally from Australia, I enjoy an active lifestyle and being outdoors during the New Zealand summer. Paddle boarding, running and swimming are some of the activities I love.

Originally from South Africa, Neil brings a wealth of experience from the luxury hotel industry, where he honed his skills in creating meaningful and memorable experiences for people from all walks of life. His commitment to exceptional service was even recognised with a national award from Tourism New Zealand.

At Knox, Neil is driven by his passion for making others feel welcomed, seen, and truly cared for. With his warm and approachable style, he has a keen eye for the small details that make a big difference to everyday life. We are thrilled to have his energy, care, and creativity as part of our community.

Meredith brings nearly 20 years of experience in New Zealand’s healthcare sector, with a strong background in radiation oncology. Before joining the Knox team in 2024, she served as Operations Manager at Auckland Radiation Oncology.
A qualified radiation therapist, Meredith has chosen to step away from clinical practice to focus on supporting older people within the Auckland and Knox Community.
As Operations Manager, Meredith is committed to person-centred care and fostering an environment where residents feel safe, respected, and supported. She values open communication, a collaborative approach, and brings compassion and consistency to her work.

Dianne is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience. She joined us in 2016 after having gained extensive experience in a senior financial role for a not-for-profit health organisation. She is responsible for all financial aspects of operations at Knox. Dianne is proud to be working alongside a dedicated team at Knox who are committed to providing a caring and enriching home environment for our residents.
