Megan Bell

CARE ADMINISTRATOR

Megan is your first point of contact for residential enquiries. Energetic and highly driven, Megan aims to provide the highest level of support to new residents and families as our Care Administrator. She enjoys meeting new people and will guide you through the entire process of moving into Knox. Megan completed Eden Alternative training in 2016.

Mary Rennison

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR & LIFESTYLE & LEISURE

Creating a community that supports independence and helps to build and maintain connections is one of my main goals.
My background is customer service, administration and when I started working as a Care Partner several years ago, I thought it would be short term.
Turns out that working in Aged Care was what I really wanted to do and the opportunity to make a difference in someone else's life was where I was meant to be.
I am passionate about encouraging people to become involved in meaningful experiences and supporting each other.
Outside work, I enjoy getting outside and walking our dog, and  a day spent in my craft room working on various projects is certainly one of my most favourite things to do.

Chislon Gabriola

CARE LEADER

Chislon is responsible for leading the healthcare team to enhance the quality of care at Knox with an approach that is consistent with the Eden Alternative Philosophy.
Chislon brings with him years of
clinical and leadership experience
in academic, acute care and
residential aged care settings.
Prior to joining us, Chislon held the
role of Regional Quality Manager
for another aged care provider where he oversaw and supported seven care centres in terms of clinical operations, quality improvement and sector Ministry of Health standards compliance.
When not at work, Chislon loves
cooking, weekend brunches with
friends, long walks on the beach,
playing tennis and stand-up paddle
boarding in summer.

Dianne Lee

COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Dianne is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience. She joined us in 2016 after having gained extensive experience in a senior financial role for a not-for-profit health organisation. She is responsible for all financial aspects of operations at Knox. Dianne is proud to be working alongside a dedicated team at Knox who are committed to providing a caring and enriching home environment for our residents.

Olivia Pearson

LIFESTYLE & LEISURE COORDINATOR

Passionate about living life to the absolute full, I provide residents of Knox with engaging and new experiences. I support the wellbeing, independence and continued growth of our residents in order to create a vibrant and warm home. I began at Elizabeth Knox as a Care Partner and Physiotherapy Assistant, I feel excited about all that Knox has to offer within as well as to the community.  
Originally from Australia, I enjoy an active lifestyle and being outdoors during the New Zealand summer. Paddle boarding, running and swimming are some of the activities I love.
