Megan is your first point of contact for residential enquiries. Energetic and highly driven, Megan aims to provide the highest level of support to new residents and families as our Care Administrator. She enjoys meeting new people and will guide you through the entire process of moving into Knox. Megan completed Eden Alternative training in 2016.

Megan Bell


Robson has a postgraduate degree in Finance from Brazil and more than 15 years experience in the IT industry as a sales consultant.
During a sabbatical year which included postgraduate study in New Zealand, Robson discovered Knox Home and the Eden Alternative which he is inspired by. He is excited to be sharing the coordination of the volunteer team in the weekends and helping to improve the volunteer program.
Despite his Brazilian nationality, Robson is not a football (soccer) fan. He used to play volleyball and practice Muay Thai (kick boxing). He enjoys the company of family, reading historical fiction and watching a good TV series or movies. Robson also enjoys playing the guitar and exploring gastronomic experiences.

Robson Chaves


Aamo has a Doctorate Degree in Management. She has worked with several major multinational and developmental organisations. Aamo has been an Associate Professor, rising to the position of Director, Academic Affairs of one of Pakistan’s largest universities.

Being actively involved with the community, her goal is to work with the under privileged and disabled to make a real difference in their lives. She enjoys working in the social sector and joined Knox to develop relationships with community groups to enrich the lifestyle of the residents.

She is a cat person but simply adores Volunteer Coordinator, Louise’s big white Retrodoodle dog, ‘Ben’. Aamo has been practicing yoga since 2000 and is a certified yoga teacher and senior trainer. She also designs handicrafts, enjoys Chinese painting and calligraphy, glass painting and swimming.

Amina (Aamo)

Muzaffar Qureshi


Shradha is a graduate of AIT (now AUT) with a Post Graduate Diploma in Nursing from the University of Auckland. She has extensive experience at Middlemore, Auckland and North Shore hospitals across medical, surgical, ICU, burns and pediatric areas. She has practiced in the aged care sector in management and quality roles prior to joining Knox. Shradha is passionate about continual learning, enjoys watching the development of health team members and loves working in aged care.

Shradha Pratap


Sophie studied Managing the Care of the Older Persons pathway as part of the Bachelor of Health Science at AUT University. She is very passionate about ensuring that the journey into late adulthood is seamless and enjoyable for our residents. She is excited to be a part of the Knox team as we head into an exciting era of aged care with our growing population. As an Eden Alternative home, Knox really struck a connection with Sophie. She is energetic and personable with a good sense of humour. Outside of the workplace she enjoys fishing, skiing, being at the beach or enjoying time with friends and family.

Sophie Dickinson


Louise comes from a background of community work, initially starting with her involvement with the Live the Dream Scholarship Programme. Here she attended an accelerator course, with a mission to work on ways to bridge intergenerational gaps. She has taken up Pilates classes held here at Elizabeth Knox Home and Hospital. Louise has three dogs at home and enjoys bringing them into Knox to further enrich the lives of residents.

She's excited by the opportunity to work with such a diverse and eager team of volunteers, watching individual friendships form with the support of the team and the vast opportunities they offer, positively impacting both residents and volunteer’s lives.

Louise Heijnen


Dianne is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience. She joined us in 2016 after having gained extensive experience in a senior financial role for a not-for-profit health organisation. She is responsible for all financial aspects of operations at Knox. Dianne is proud to be working alongside a dedicated team at Knox who are committed to providing a caring and enriching home environment for our residents.
