Donation terms and conditions

Knox Home Trust uses BNZ Securit-E (eWay), a secure PCI-compliant third party to handle credit card payments made through this website.

All transactions are billed in New Zealand dollars.

Knox Home Trust operates from 10 Ranfurly Road, Epsom, Auckland 1546, New Zealand.

Credit and Debit Card Security

Elizabeth Knox Home and Hospital (EKHH) takes reasonable steps to protect personal information including credit and debit card information held by EKHH from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, any information which you transmit to us is transmitted at your own risk.

When you submit personal information including credit card details, a secure server is used. We protect your information during transmission by using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts your information when transmitted over the Internet.

It is important for you to protect against unauthorised access to your password and to your computer.

Donations Refund Policy

Knox Home Trust will refund all donations made that are fraudulent due to unauthorised use of a credit card. In all other circumstances, refunds of donations will be at the discretion of Knox Home Trust, unless in the event of returning funds raised for a specific purpose that has not been fulfilled by Knox Home Trust as agreed. In assessing whether refunds of online donations can be facilitated, we will determine whether the donation in question has already been applied to a charitable purpose or whether it is available to be released back to the donor.
