We are seeking a passionate and skilled Clinical Educator to support the growth and development of our nursing and care teams.

• Monday to Friday senior nursing role

• Focus on staff education and development

• Full-time (40 hours/week)

About the role

This is a senior nursing position, ideal for an experienced Clinical Educator or a Registered Nurse with a strong interest in teaching and mentoring. You will lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of our education programmes, supporting our staff to provide the highest standards of care.
 
You will:
 

• Develop, deliver, facilitate, and evaluate EKHH’s education programmes

• Coordinate and support clinical placements for students from affiliated schools and universities

• Engage with specialist organisations and the wider community to identify training opportunities for staff and residents

• Align all training initiatives with EKHH values and organisational objectives

• Integrate high-quality online training to complement face-to-face training

• Approach challenges with a positive, solution-focused mindset.

 

What you bring:
 

• Current Annual Practising Certificate as a Registered Nurse, with broad clinical experience (preferred in aged care)

• Post-graduate certification

• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning

• A caring, resident-focused approach and passion for developing others

• Innovative thinking and the ability to overcome challenges in staff education

• Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire others.
