+64 512 8193

Our purpose | Tō mātou kaupapa

For over 100 years, Elizabeth Knox Home and Hospital has provided compassionate, high-quality care to elders and younger adults living with physical disability in the heart of Epsom, Auckland. As a charitable trust, we are guided by a deep commitment to the dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life of every resident in our care.

At Knox, we believe that excellent clinical care and genuine human connection are not competing priorities: they are one and the same. We work as a team, we embrace change with optimism, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards in everything we do. That is the Knox Way.

About the role | Mō te tūnga

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Clinical Delivery Manager will provide direction and operational oversight for all clinical services, leading a skilled and dedicated multidisciplinary team. You will lead the development and continuous improvement of clinical models and practices, ensuring that evidence-based, resident-centred care is embedded at every level of the organisation. You will oversee clinical governance, quality and compliance, workforce development, and budget management, working collaboratively across the Knox leadership team to drive innovation and sustain excellence. You will be a visible, credible presence across our homes, a leader who sets the tone for what outstanding care looks like in practice, and who inspires their team to deliver it every day.

About you | Mōhou ake

The strongest candidates will be experienced clinician-leaders with a background in aged care or a related healthcare field. You will have a Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline, and must be a registered and practising nurse with the ability to live and work in New Zealand. You will also bring strategic thinking and a genuine commitment to quality improvement and resident safety. You are as comfortable working with clinical governance as you are mentoring a junior nurse or navigating a complex family conversation. You lead with integrity, communicate with clarity, and foster a culture where every member of the team feels valued, supported, and inspired to grow. If you are ready to lead with purpose and leave a lasting mark on the lives of the residents we serve, we would love to hear from you.
